Lucy Kim: Hello, hello! My name is Lucy and I am a 21 year old certified personal trainer. I am also a student at the University of California, Irvine where I study exercise physiology to have a better understanding of health and fitness. As a fitness professional, I am always learning to not only better myself, but to help those around me with their fitness and/or health-related goals. This blog was created to share with you the lessons I have learned through my shortcomings while trying to navigate the plethora of misinformation in fitness.
